VALUATION OF PROPERTIES AND MACHINERY.
Valuation is carried out to determine the current value of real property or other assets for a particular purpose at a given time. We carry out valuation for various purposes which includes; Asset Valuation, Insurance valuation, Mortgage Valuation, Investment Valuation and Rating Valuation. For a concise and objective opinion on value of any real property and any other asset; we shall provide this service with our professional expertise.
ESTATE AGENCY.
We act on behalf of our clients as Agents for the Sales, Letting or Lease of properties anywhere in Nigeria. We also source properties for lease or purchase and negotiate favourable terms for our clienteles.
FACILITY AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
We undertake facility and property management on behalf of our clients for all types of properties. This involves the day to day monitoring and supervision of the activities on the property with a view to ensure smooth running of all equipment's and services. We also negotiate lease terms for renting of new properties or renewal of tenancy in properties occupied by our clients.
PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT.
We carry out feasibility and viability studies of projects/developments to be embarked on by our clients to determine their economic worthiness or otherwise. We also manage projects from conceptualisation to completion, commissioning and occupation on behalf of our clients. The fees we charge for our services are in accordance with the Federal Government of Nigeria approved scale of professional charges for the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, of which we are members.
